As your Senior Real Estate Specialist, I will support you in managing all tasks related to preparing, marketing and selling your family home - so you can focus your time and energy on supporting your family member.

  • Meet to discuss the timeframe and plan for your family member’s move from their home.

  • Help you explore housing options or assisted living communities based on your family member’s needs and budget

  • Identify and provide resources and referrals for tax or legal matters

  • Create and discuss a task list to help get your home ready to sell

  • Provide local resources for repairs or handyman jobs, decluttering, senior move managers, staging, housecleaning, etc.

  • Manage all tasks associated with preparing the home.

  • Hire a professional photographer to take photos of the home for marketing and advertising

  • Provide market analysis and work with you to price your home competitively

  • Create a custom marketing and advertising plan.

  • Help your family negotiate the best possible price and terms for your home.

  • Manage required closing tasks (smoke/carbon detectors, final water/sewer bills, Title 5, etc.)

  • Maintain consistent communication and provide updates throughout the process
